Kenvue IBP Series
This project for Kenvue is set to upskill employees of the business to get a better understanding of what the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process looks like.
IBP is an essential part of the business. While the process is linear it can sometimes get complex and so it was up to us to make it easy for all employees at Kenvue to understand. We had many ideas on how to visualise this process, but when the client referred to the process as IBP being kind of like the “GPS” of the business we knew we struck gold. We used the GPS as a vehicle to take us through this learning series to make it memorable. The series consisted of five videos and four interactive toolkits.
